Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a energetic Director of Banquets to lead our banquet operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a 36,000 sq ft meeting space, guiding a team across Banquets, Conference Services and Culinary departments.
You will drive service standards, develop leadership within the banquet team, manage budgets, and partner with sales to create memorable events for conference guests.
