We are seeking a skilled and creative Barista to elevate our café experience through exceptional latte art and visual presentation. This role combines artistry with customer engagement, requiring a passion for coffee craftsmanship and an eye for aesthetic detail.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical skill, artistic flair, and enthusiasm to create visually stunning latte designs that delight our customers and enhance our brand reputation.

Duties

- Craft intricate and innovative latte art designs with precision and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all coffee-making equipment and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Manage inventory
- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills are a must




- Prepare food items, including sandwiches and crêpes, efficiently and consistently
- Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food safety procedures

Experience: Previous experience as a barista or crepe maker is preferred but not required.

Latte art portfolio is welcome but not required.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
