Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations.
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service.




- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus.
