What You’ll Do:
- Craft drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Engage guests with friendly, upbeat service.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Manage costs and supplies to keep the bar well-stocked.
- Train, supervise and inspire our team to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Maintain a clean organized bar.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Create a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps our regulars coming back and attracts new faces.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience - pub or high-volume workplace preferred.
- Team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high guest turnover.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about sports - you'll be serving fans during many major events.
- Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and guest experience.
- Proven experience as a bartender and in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- A passion for creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
