Dedicated to creating meaningful, personalized guest experiences, the Bell / Valet Attendant is a key Guest Services team member and an ambassador of the hotel's service culture. As a Bell / Valet Attendant, you will assist guests with luggage, valet their vehicles, and deliver personalized service while collaborating closely with colleagues across Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Please note that this is a contract position with the end date December18, 2026.

Guest

Arrival, Departure & Valet Services Safely and efficiently assist guests with luggage, including transporting, loading, and unloading items. Operate guest vehicles for valet parking, adhering to hotel policies and traffic regulations. Provide accurate guidance on hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.

Promote hotel facilities, amenities,



and services thoughtfully and effectively. Minimum1year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field; prior bell, valet, or concierge experience preferred. Must be available to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational requirements. repeatedly and safely throughout the shift.

Required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and move quickly for extended periods during a shift. Ability to assist guests with luggage, carts, and other items multiple times per shift. Ability to work outdoors, including in varying weather conditions, while performing valet and door services.
