• Human Resources Coordinator to provide essential HR services to various departments. You will be responsible for frontline benefits information, conducting orientation sessions, and onboarding new HR staff. In addition, producing reports for administrative analysis and supporting special projects will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer benefits information and advice to employees
- Conduct group and individual benefits orientation sessions
- Address inquiries related to HR policies and agreements
- Support onboarding for new HR staff members
- Participate in special HR projects and report generation Requirements:
- University degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum three years of HR experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation
- Strong communication and analytical skills
