Requirements - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience related to database management principles

- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience, ideally acquired in a legal or professional services environment

- Review engagement letters for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with approved templates and standard provisions




- Identify and escalation potential compliance concerns
- Track audit findings and prepare reports highlighting trends and risks
- Provide training to Legal Assistants and Lawyers on engagement letter requirements and processes
- Collaborate with lawyers, legal assistants, and business professionals to address audit deficiencies
- Maintain records of engagement letter reviews, audit results, and remediation activities
- Assist with developing and updating engagement letter templates, standards, and best practices
- Manage administration of the firm's Outside Counsel Guidelines process
- Review client intake forms in Intapp Intake and ensure OCGs are current and correctly referenced
- Identify OCGs against the firm's key client list and ensure finalized versions are available
- Oversee OCG terms in Intapp Terms and ensure relevant approvals are in place
- Review outside counsel requests and collect required supporting documentation
- Coordinate review of outside counsel guidelines, retention agreements, and related documentation
- Monitor compliance with policies governing external legal service providers
- Track engagement renewals, terminations, and other milestones
- Serve as an internal point of contact for outside counsel matters and requirements
- Prepare reports, metrics, and dashboards on engagement letter compliance and outside counsel activity
- Identify process improvements and assist with operational efficiencies
- Lead development, maintenance, and communication of policies and procedures
- Assist with training and guidance on engagement letter and outside counsel processes
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Perform additional duties as assigned
