The Bilingual Contact Centre Representative – Canadian Banking, Fraud Loss Prevention, is a full time hybrid role with TD Bank, and it basically centers on supporting customers in day to day ways that help keep fraud out. You’ll be helping folks prevent fraud, sort out banking questions, and keep service levels high, like truly high.
In practice the job means you assist customers on inbound calls, protect their accounts, and support a really secure banking experience, all while you work in a supportive, and flexible environment that feels… less rigid than you might expect.

- Assist customers via inbound calls about banking accounts and fraud prevention.
- Notice and address fraud concerns , while protecting customer accounts.
- Offer confidence based banking guidance and suggest TD products or services that actually fit.
- Provide excellent customer service, with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy, every time.
Responsibilities
- Take care of inbound customer calls about banking services, and fraud related issues.
- Look into customer concerns and resolve them right at the first point of contact.
- Explain fraud prevention methods and account security steps to customers.
- Suggest suitable banking products and services based on what the customer needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or an equivalent.
- You must be bilingual, with French and English.
- Strong communication , listening, and customer service abilities.
- Experience in financial services or customer service is a plus but not always required.
- Can de-escalate tense situations, with empathy and professionalism.
