We are searching for someone to join our team in Montreal, Quebec as our next Field ServiceTechnician. In this role, you will play a criticalpartin keeping laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and research environments safe and compliantthroughtesting and certifying critical equipment. In this role, you will develop skills inadvanced diagnostics and direct client engagementthrough structured,fieldbasedtraining.This role is ideal for someone who values variety, enjoys travel, and wants to build a technical career with purpose in regulated, high-impact environments.

Travel within the regionisrequiredfor this role.

The day-to-day activities of our Field Service Technician will include:

- Service Delivery-Testing and certifying biosafety cabinets, fume hoods, clean benches, and cleanroom environmentsin accordance withindustry and regulatory standards.Perform diagnostics and minor repairs; escalte complex issues when needed.

- Collaboration and communication-Collaborate with supervisors, Regional Managers, and internal teams to ensure quality work andsatisfiedcustomers. Provide excellent customer service when communicating findings to clients, explaining results,and offering guidance on equipment use and maintenance.

- Drive to expand skills and knowledge -Commitment to continuous learning through hands-on training, technical development, and ongoing expansion of skills and certifications.

- Commitment to Safety -Demonstratea robust commitment to safety bymaintaininga safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments,



and documenting any incidents or near misses.Travel to client sites across the region using safe driving practices.

The right candidate willdemonstratethe following qualifications on their resume and in the phone pre-screen:

- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools inpreviousroles.

- Past working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, or motor repairis beneficial.

- Ability toconductbasic calculations and interpret measurements related to airflow, pressure, and filtration systems.

- The understanding of technical documentation, including manufacturer guidelines, StandardOperatingProcedures, and industry standardsincludingNSF/ANSI, ISO,NEBBetc.is an asset.
