Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests enjoying their morning meals, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys creating welcoming atmospheres for guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their breakfast orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in breakfast or casual dining settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
- Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles that involve direct customer interaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy.
- A team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Pay: $17.60-$29.07 per hour
