At The Sharp Music Cafe, brunch, coffee, and live music come together to create a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Brunch Line Cook to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, works efficiently during busy brunch service, and values consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and plate menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy brunch hours
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and station setup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready kitchen
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times





What We’re Looking For

- Previous line cook experience preferred, especially in a breakfast or brunch kitchen
- Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Available for day shifts, weekends, and holidays
