We are hiring for a Business Analyst This role focuses on Adobe AEM and content management activities, including CMS solution design, governance, and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong CMS experience and the ability to work between business teams and technical resources.

What You Bring

- Business Analyst experience
- Adobe AEM experience
- Content management systems experience
- Understanding of application architecture, including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN, and security layers
- Robust understanding of Agile development and User Story/Backlog management
- Experience with content governance, business requirements, functional designs, and workflows
- Experience with CMS integrations, workflows, content authoring, and platform governance

What You'll Do

- Analyze content management activities and guide CMS design and implementation




- Provide functional input during CMS solution design and execution
- Translate business requirements for technical teams and ensure requirements and dependencies are understood
- Provide recommendations on CMS best practices and platform governance
- Oversee Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy, and configurations
- Identify technical feasibility, gaps, and issues within requirements
- Define content governance procedures and workflows for creating, managing, and publishing web content
- Support business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-channel application touch points
- Support integration of Adobe Cloud Marketing offerings
- Mentor and coach team members on Content Management initiatives
