Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecom industry
- Strong understanding of telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, mediation, billing, and provisioning
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Excel
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with telecom platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, or similar
- Knowledge of APIs, data integration, and system interoperability
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile methodologies is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for telecom services
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for new initiatives or system changes
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating results
- Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
