Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to monitor contractual performance, analyze productivity and incentive programs, and provide actionable insights to support operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report daily/weekly performance against contractual KPIs and thresholds.
- Identify at-risk metrics, provide timely alerts, and validate applicable penalties.
- Analyze performance, productivity, labor efficiency, and budget metrics to identify trends and root causes.
- Support incentive, bonus, and pay-for-performance programs, including calculations, audits, and validation.
- Partner with operations, payroll, and site leadership to resolve performance gaps and improve results.




- Develop reporting tools and documentation to track contractual obligations and performance.
- Prepare clear analysis, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Perform additional analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience; solid recent graduates may be considered.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to translate contract requirements into practical tracking tools and processes.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to learn and utilize warehouse/operations management systems to extract and analyze data.
