Please Note: You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

What You’ll Do The main purpose of this role is to help coordinate the development, maintenance, monitoring and testing of the FIC Business Contingency program. This includes the planning of BCP tests, BCP documentation and corporate BCP reporting.

This role also plays an active role in supporting the business during actual BCP events. This includes logistical planning, event coordination, communication, and supporting business resumption. This role is also responsible for coordinating specific divisional audits.

This includes coordinating & communicating with external auditors, internal BU stakeholders and monthly reporting to CS,



Compliance Executives & management.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the execution of the business continuity program exercises - monthly production work day, quarterly Disaster Recovery tests, and internal training events such as tabletops or scenario based testing exercises.

- Act as a primary in the maintenance of continuity documentation and continuity systems, including Emergency Notification System, BCP hotline, Beacon (BCP book of record system) and inSite BCP continuity page.
- Work with business units and develop and maintain BCP plans and strategies, such as: Analysis Threat Assessments Contagious Illness Strategies Remote access requirements.
- Partner with Disaster Recovery, Telecom, and other IS teams to review and develop business recovery requirements and strategies; ensure appropriate testing including test preparation, postmortem analysis, and test issues are documented, investigated, resolved, or corrective actions applied where possible.
- Implement communication strategy to keep business units aware and up to date on Continuity program and upcoming requirements.
- Service as central information and communications coordinator for designated audit projects.
- For an actual business disruption during or after business hours,



participate in mitigation efforts and coordinate recovery activities with various teams and provide support for incident management team as required.

What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of analytical experience in business impact analysis, risk assessments, strategy formulation, and testing required

- Previous business continuity plan development experience required
- 3-year post-secondary education required, or equivalent work experience
- Professional certification from either the Disaster Recovery Institute, International (CBCP-level) or the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI-level) required
- Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of BC planning software (i.e. LDRPS, ENS)
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills; detail and accuracy oriented Total Rewards That Reflect Your Impact - Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $96,000 to $113,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
