The Assistant General

Manager works directly with the General Manager to help lead the team maintain high operational standards and deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

The Assistant General

Manager plays a key role in the daily success of the club. You will help manage staff support membership growth maintain strong customer service standards and ensure the facility operates efficiently every day.



You will also help develop team members support hiring and training and work closely with leadership to improve overall performance of the club.

The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in a fast paced environment and understands how to balance customer service operations and business performance. Annual salary range is $50,000 to $90,000 depending on experience with additional performance based incentives. If you are a motivated leader who takes pride in building strong teams and running a high performing operation we would like to hear from you.
