- Our environment includes Power BI, NetSuite, Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps. You will maintain and improve existing solutions, investigate discrepancies and build tools that reduce manual work, strengthen financial controls and support better decisions.
- You should be comfortable questioning a number, tracing it to its source and explaining what it means to the business.
- This posting is for one existing vacancy.

Your Responsibilities

Business intelligence and reporting

- Own and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models, including DAX measures, Power Query transformations, relationships and report design.
- Manage publishing, scheduled refreshes, gateways, permissions and troubleshooting.
- Combine data from NetSuite, Excel, SharePoint, retailer files and other business systems into consistent, reliable reporting.
- Develop analysis of sales, customer and product profitability, purchasing, inventory and supplier performance.
- Work with management to define business rules, calculations and reporting requirements before building solutions.
- Present findings clearly, highlighting exceptions and actions that require attention.

Retailer deductions and profitability

- Build and maintain reporting that reconciles retailer remittances, invoices, debit notes, credits and deductions.
- Compare retailer charges with agreed customer programs, rebates, promotional allowances and other contractual terms.
- Identify potential over-deductions, duplicate charges, missing supporting details and unmatched transactions.
- Accurately handle differences in transaction detail, tax treatment, product categories and program rates without duplicating amounts.
- Help finance assemble supporting information for deduction disputes and track outstanding recoveries.
- Analyze margins using landed costs, exchange rates, freight, selling prices and customer program costs.

Automation and business systems

- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows that reduce repetitive data entry, document handling and reconciliation work.
- Use AI Builder and document extraction tools to capture information from invoices, remittances and other business documents, with appropriate validation and exception handling.
- Build and support practical Power Apps and SharePoint solutions for internal processes.
- Support data connections and integrations using SQL, APIs and available system connectors.
- Help improve inventory visibility, replenishment reporting and identification of slow-moving or expiring products.
- Contribute reporting and data expertise to future ERP, warehouse management and other system improvements.

What You Bring

- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis or business systems,

with demonstrated ownership of working solutions.
- Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and Power BI Service administration.
- Practical experience developing and troubleshooting Power Automate workflows.
- Solid Excel skills and experience working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- An understanding of sales, margins, rebates, accounts receivable and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile reported figures to supporting transactions.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to colleagues outside IT.
- Initiative, sound judgment and the ability to prioritize competing business needs.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience.

Experience That Would Be an Asset

- NetSuite reporting, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics or integrations.
- Food importing, wholesale distribution, consumer packaged goods or Canadian grocery retail.
- Retailer deductions, trade spending, promotional programs and remittance reconciliation.
- Power Apps, AI Builder, JSON, APIs and document-processing automation.
- Inventory forecasting, lot tracking, expiry management or warehouse management systems.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP migrations or data migration projects.
- Version control and structured change-management practices.
