Introduction

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Business Rules Engineer / ODM Specialist. This role involves understanding complex business logic and translating it into formal rules within the ODM system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in gathering precise requirements from business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA for documenting user stories and defects.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scrum setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy Center certifications, Insurance domain certifications.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation using business rules.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex issues related to decision logic.
- Ability to explain technical and business concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop business rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and enhance business processes.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues within projects.
