Duties

- Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as for order accuracy and smooth transactions
- Support food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety standards and maintain a hygienic environment
- Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly guest services and answering basic questions about menu items when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy service hours to ensure timely table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and tips




- Uphold food industry standards by assisting with food preparation tasks when required and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Experience in serving or supporting restaurant operations is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a bonus
- Commitment to upholding hospitality standards while delivering memorable guest experiences
