Lead the Assembly Methods team at CAE, a global leader in aviation and defense training. Drive product configuration, improve processes, and support manufacturing operations effectively. As the Assembly Methods Team Leader, you will coordinate activities, manage resources, and prioritize tasks to support CAE's manufacturing objectives.

Collaborating closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality, you will enhance assembly processes while ensuring excellence in work instruction development and manufacturing routings. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate team activities for quality and cost efficiency
- Oversee manufacturing routings, assembly documentation, and work instructions




- Manage product configuration and support engineering change processes
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize operations and project execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve any performance issues Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant management experience
- Robust knowledge in configuration management and assembly processes
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Power BI is a plus
