As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will join a growing team and contribute to meaningful capital raising initiatives across various sectors.

Your Contribution

As a core member of the capital markets team, your work will directly impact clients, investors, and our broader mission.

Role overview

Supporting the execution of equity and debt offerings, private placements, and related capital markets transactions

Preparing client-ready presentations and marketing materials

Performing company, sector, and market research; monitoring daily market developments and investor sentiment

Providing client and market analysis, preparing reports and presenting findings

Building, auditing, and maintaining financial models

Maintaining internal coverage materials and transaction databases

Collaborating with partners, external counsel, and syndicate relationships to facilitate smooth execution

Your Skills and Experience

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in accounting, finance, commerce/business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields

Anticipated graduation date between July 2027 and December 2027

Solid academic performance; relevant internships, projects, or competitions are an asset

Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills

Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
