PwC Canada is seeking an Accounting and Transaction Advisory Manager for the CMAAS team. You will guide the team through complex financial reporting issues arising from capital market transactions, including IPO readiness and GAAP changes, while collaborating with senior management, bankers, lawyers and other advisers.

You’ll lead engagements, work with client teams on complex calculations and notes, and develop project plans and deliverables.
