This role requires a strong background in aircraft maintenance, leadership skills, and an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license from the Ministry of Transport. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, manage staffing levels, and ensure all maintenance activities meet strict regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and coordinate work for technicians and apprentices
- Perform aircraft inspections and ensure airworthiness standards
- Complete maintenance forms and log books accurately
- Train Line Maintenance employees effectively
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards Requirements:
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence (AME M2)
- Experience with B757, B767, or B777 aircraft
- Solid computer skills in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
