Carpenter / Property Maintenance Technician

Revive Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. This position combines carpentry, renovations, and general property maintenance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wide-ranging, hands-on work and takes pride in quality workmanship.

We provide services in London, St. Thomas, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Woodstock, Chatham, and surrounding communities. The successful candidate must be comfortable attending maintenance service calls for property management companies and working both independently and with a crew.

Job Duties

- Construct, install, and repair structures, fixtures, and other carpentry components
- Complete general property maintenance and respond to service calls
- Install and repair flooring, trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Assist with renovations and repair projects
- Complete interior and exterior painting and surface preparation
- Build and install items according to measurements and project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites




- Document completed work and communicate updates to the team
- Interact professionally with tenants, property owners, and clients

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to measure accurately and follow project specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout our service area
