Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their purchase experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Support team members with basic inventory management and merchandising tasks to optimize store presentation

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using POS systems and basic computer operations
- Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic merchandising knowledge and experience in retail sales will be advantageous
