o Able to provide customer service and product knowledge, specifically vaping and glassware.
o Retail and product knowledge is preferred o 1-2 years of retail/client service industry experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred o Previous cash handling or cashier experience is preferred.
o Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
o Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
o Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
o Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
o Assist with display of merchandise.
o Assist with inventory management.
o Participate in all manner of store maintenance.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
o The ability to lift, move or maneuver objects up to 25 lbs.
o Computer skills and Website skills.
o High School graduate or equivalent.
