Enhance lives as a Casual Community Living Worker with Sources, where empathy and engagement are key. Work with individuals facing challenges, including autism and intellectual disabilities, during wide-ranging shifts. In this role, you will assist clients in achieving their desired levels of independence and social well-being.
You’ll build relationships and support individuals by maintaining a safe group home environment while adhering to positive behavior support principles. Your teamwork and commitment to empathy will guide your interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with clients for better support
- Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive manner
- Record and review client progress consistently
- Participate in activities that encourage social engagement Requirements:
- Empathy and heightened self-awareness
- Initiative and integrity in service delivery
- Valid driver's license essential
- Physical readiness to meet diverse needs
- Experience with mental health and disabilities is preferred Your involvement will be pivotal in supporting the growth and self-sufficiency of our clients.
