- Your contributions will support preschool children in nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments. In this position, you will report to the District Principal Early Learning & Child Care. You'll collaborate with teams to implement educational programs like Solid Start and preschool. Ensuring safety and planning engaging activities for children aged 0-5 are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Create welcoming environments for preschoolers and families
- Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities
- Ensure licensing compliance and child safety
- Connect families with community services and schools
- Maintain and promote SD60 Early Learning programs Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
- Four months' experience working with children 0-5
- ECE Diploma or current Assistant Certificate in progress
- Current First Aid and Food Safe Level 1 certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration Contribute to a positive early learning experience with your qualifications in child development and education.
