Location: Indigo Dental, 205 – 1120 Westwood Street, Coquitlam

Employment Type: Monday and Friday, typically from 8:30am-5:15pm, (no evenings or weekends). It's possible to pick up shifts Tues-Thurs for vacation or sick leave coverage.

About the Role

We’re looking for an engaging and outgoing CDA who brings energy to every interaction and is excited by innovation in dental care. You’ll be a key part of our clinical team, working alongside Dr. Brandt on Monday and Dr. Tolusso on Friday, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, top-tier care.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures using digital and traditional tools
- Prepare and maintain operatories and instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment plans




- Capture digital radiographs and intraoral scans
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Foster a welcoming environment for patients of all ages

What You Bring

- Active CDA certification (required)
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning and adapting

Big Bonus Points for the Following (not required but desirable)

- 1+ year(s) of experience in clinical dental assisting (new grads with the right personality will be considered!)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Experience with Indigo Dental’s digital dental systems (e.g., iTero Lumina, Isolite, Axeos CBCT, Cleardent) and an openness to new technologies
- BOTOX training, Invisalign experience, and the Ortho Module are strong assets
