Company Description PMPS is a technology company that builds “probability rails” to turn predictions into programmable financial primitives. Its platform powers outcome-based incentives, dynamic pricing, and risk routing across commerce and capital markets. Founded in 2025, PMPS focuses on creating infrastructure that connects predictive models with real-world financial applications.

The company’s technology is backed by multiple USPTO patent filings in incentive orchestration and outcome-based pricing, offering a unique environment for innovation-minded professionals. Team members collaborate in a rapid-moving setting focused on advancing predictive finance and programmable incentives.

Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and leading PMPS’s overall technology vision and execution. The CTO will oversee software development initiatives, guide platform architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable systems to support “probability rails” and financial primitives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering teams, prioritizing technical roadmaps, collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders, and aligning technology strategy with company goals.

The CTO will set standards for development practices, code quality, and infrastructure reliability,

while monitoring emerging technologies relevant to predictive finance and incentive orchestration. This role also involves mentoring technical leaders, managing key technology partnerships, and helping shape patentable innovations and long-term IP strategy.

- Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or programmable finance concepts; prior work in high-compliance or regulated environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
