It’s a great prospect for a clerk who enjoys a fast-paced litigation practice and wants to be part of a specialized team handling sophisticated files.

✔ 5+ years of ????? ?????????? ??? ????? ?????????? ?? ??????

✔ Strong experience drafting ?????????, ???????, ??????????????, ??? ????? ?????????? ?????????

✔ Excellent knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario litigation processes

✔ Hands-on experience with CaseLines and the Justice Services Online (JSO) portal

✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively





✔ Experience in mortgage enforcement is a strong asset
