Our client, a premier global claims services provider, is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of adjusters and support staff. This organization manages insurance claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies, and self-insured organizations, with a focus on exceptional customer service and strong outcomes. The Chance: You’ll lead a claims team handling Commercial Liability, Auto, and Property lines, driving hiring, development, and performance across a group of adjusters and technical/admin support staff. This role offers a diverse range of experience across jurisdictions, industries, and risks, and the chance to shape a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do:

- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, setting goals and balancing workloads - Drive adjuster hiring and development to build a high-performing, client-focused team - Guide the team through litigation, mediation, and other legal processes as needed - Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers - Continuously identify ways to improve team efficiency and quality using available technology - Manage multiple priorities while recognizing coaching opportunities and positioning team members for success What You Bring:
