This role sits within the Financial Engineering organization and combines deep finance and/or wealth management industry expertise, architectural ownership, and strategic influence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for design and delivery of the solutions to complex d1g1t implementations, providing expert guidance to clients while they navigate transition from legacy systems onto a modern and robust wealth management platform and recent workflows. Simultaneously, you will ensure the growth of the internal team members and shape continual improvements to implementation standards and processes.

The role is highly client-facing and partners closely with Management, Product, Engineering, Client Services and Infrastructure teams. execution, anticipating risks, and driving successful outcomes and scalability across multiple workstreams.



Ideal for an individual that is looking to be the solution design authority for complex client implementations, thrives in complexity, thinks in systems, defines standards, and drives successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. Ensure successful delivery of project implementations Lead architecture and delivery for large, multi‑custodian, implementations, from discovery through production and stabilization.

Owns solution design and tradeoffs across modeling, workflows, and platform configuration. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client, modelling and workflow challenges. Establish implementation standards, patterns, and best practices Support strategic client conversations and long‑term platform adoption by effectively communicating features, integrations, and optimization opportunities.

Partner with Sales on complex pre‑sales engagements (technical validation, solution feasibility, POCs).

Technical Execution: Clear and effective communicator, able to provide context and transparency, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.

Emotional Intelligence: 4+ years experience in fintech, wealth management platforms, SaaS implementations,



entrepreneurial environments or consulting. ~ Proven ability to lead complex delivery engagements with senior stakeholders ~ Deep understanding of investment workflows, portfolio construction, trading, and performance concepts. ~ Advanced data and analytics fluency. ~ Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Skilled at writing understandable and concise technical and client‑facing documentation. ~ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Post Secondary

Degree in math, quantitative finance, computer science, engineering. Strong technical skills including Python scripting, SQL, Excel/CSV data mapping, data migration, and troubleshooting.
