The Regional Clinical

Educator delivers evidence-informed clinical education and supports both regulated and unregulated staff. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education, you will partner with home leaders to assess learning needs and facilitate engaging training sessions.

Your role focuses on fostering safe practices, building staff confidence, and promoting high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education
- Facilitate learner-centered education through various methods




- Validate clinical competencies through assessments and demonstrations
- Develop lesson plans and learning resources
- Translate policies into practical education materials Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BCLS/CPR certification
- Experience in clinical education and adult learning
