As an educator, you will apply nursing theory and adult learning principles to enhance clinical instruction and collaborative practice. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care for clients with complex mental health needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver clinical education programs
- Apply adult learning principles in training
- Facilitate group discussions and collaboration
- Promote best practices and quality improvement
- Provide guidance in evidence-based practice Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Complex Mental Health
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses
- Experience in adult education preferred
