Oshawa Therapy Group is a growing psychology practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality therapy and assessment services to children, teens, and adults. We commonly work with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, ADHD, and learning differences. We’re looking for warm and collaborative Registered Psychologists or Psychological Associates to join the team on a part-time contract basis.

Our practice is intentionally built around clinical integrity, evidence-based practice, and collaboration. We support clinicians in focusing their time and energy on what matters most: providing high quality care and meaningful therapeutic work to their patients.

What We Offer:

● Competitive per-session compensation: ~$135.00 - $175.00 per hour, depending on number of sessions offered per week and rate (e.g., student vs fully licensed). Family/couples therapy experience is an asset and may qualify for increased session rates and compensation.

What We’re Looking For:

● Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate: Hold a valid license and be in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) or be registered with the CPBAO for supervised practice.

● Education: Master’s or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.

● Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and assessment services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and ethical care. Experience working with individuals of varying ages and couples/families is an asset but not required.

● Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.

● Team Player:



Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment while also being comfortable working independently.

● Availability: We are ideally looking for clinicians who can commit to approximately 3, 5-hour shifts per week. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.

● Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using or learning platforms such as Google Workspace and Jane App.

What You’ll Do:

● Therapy & Assessment Services: Provide in-person and/or virtual services to children, teens, adults, and/or couples and families (depending on your areas of competence and preferences).

● Timely Note Keeping: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in client files.

● Liability Insurance: Maintain up-to-date liability insurance in accordance with college standards.

● Collaborate: Work with a growing team, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance services and client outcomes.
