CosyCloset Ltd. is a custom cabinetry company in North Vancouver. We build custom closets, kitchen cabinets, built-ins, vanities, wall beds, and other millwork for residential customers.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on CNC Operator & Cabinet Shop Technician to join our shop team.

Your main job is to help prepare high-quality cabinet and closet components so our installation team can complete customer projects properly and on time.

This position begins part-time for approximately 1–3 months while we train you on our machines, materials, shop workflow, and quality standards. For the right person, there is a strong opportunity to move into a long-term full-time position after successful training and review.

What you will do

- Run the woodworking CNC router safely
- Load sheets and remove finished parts from the CNC
- Read drawings and cut lists
- Label, sort, and organize cabinet and closet parts for each customer job
- Operate the edge bander and check edge quality
- Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, closet units, and other components
- Help with drilling, hardware preparation, packing, and quality checks
- Make sure all components are ready, accurate, clean, and organized before installation
- Keep the CNC area, edge bander, materials, and shop clean and organized
- Report missing parts, damaged material, machine problems, or delays early
- Help the team reduce waste and complete customer jobs on time

This position is a good fit for someone with experience in a cabinet shop, millwork shop, woodworking shop, or CNC production environment. Experience with woodworking CNC routers, edge banding, cabinet-box assembly, and reading drawings or cut lists is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is careful, reliable, organized, on time, and able to work well with a team. You must ask questions before making costly mistakes.





Pay is $22.00–$30.00 per hour, based on real experience, practical skill, quality of work, reliability, and ability to work independently.
