- Initiate contact with past due customers to negotiate payments
- Document all interactions in the Collections system accurately
- Develop risk assessments for accounts under collection




- Strive to meet personal and team-based collection targets
- Fulfill additional assigned tasks related to collections Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Availability for rotating shifts, including two Saturdays monthly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
