Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and standards
- Support faculty by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication to facilitate effective teaching and learning
- Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and academic advising support
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other essential data in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Organize institutional events, meetings, and workshops to promote community engagement and professional development
- Ensure operational compliance with accreditation standards and legal regulations governing higher education
- Lead efforts to improve administrative workflows through innovative solutions and team collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience in educational administration or related leadership roles within academic institutions, minimum 3 years previous experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to support teaching activities through administrative coordination and resource management
- Knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance standards
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and a passion for fostering educational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education Administration, Management, or a related field; teaching experience is highly desirable
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
