We are expanding and looking to add a reliable Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor to support our growing service needs in Estevan and surrounding areas.
This is an additional subcontractor opportunity created as our commercial cleaning services continue to grow. We are looking for someone dependable, detail focused and able to work independently while maintaining consistent cleaning standards.
Duties may include cleaning washrooms, offices, staff areas, floors and entrances, along with garbage removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces and other general commercial cleaning tasks.
Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. The ideal subcontractor is professional, respectful of client properties and committed to providing consistent, quality service.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Available for scheduled evening and/or weekend cleaning
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- Criminal record check may be required for certain locations
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid business licence or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Valid WCB coverage or willingness to obtain the required coverage/clearance before starting
- Must be willing to enter into an independent subcontractor agreement
