This full-time, permanent position at Tŝilhqot’in Nidlin focuses on fostering connections within six Tŝilhqot’in communities.

The Manager coordinates engagement activities, develops information materials, and oversees communications strategies, ensuring community feedback is integral to the planning process. This role requires a commitment to cultural values and effective relationship-building. Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with Tŝilhqot’in communities and leadership
- Develop and coordinate community engagement activities




- Maintain regular presence and strengthen connections
- Ensure community feedback is integrated in planning
- Create clear community engagement materials Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in community engagement or relations
- Experience with Indigenous communities or organizations
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate community discussions and meetings Cultivate community ties and lead impactful engagement initiatives with Tŝilhqot’in Nidlin.
