The Community Disability Support

Worker will work three Saturdays per month, addressing the needs of adults, youth, and children facing developmental and physical challenges.

Your responsibilities include implementing individual service plans, fostering personal goal achievement, and maintaining a safe environment. Join a collaborative team dedicated to promoting community inclusion and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individual service plans for clients
