Empower and support residents as a Community Corrections Support Worker at The Salvation Army. As a Community Corrections Support Worker, you will be integral to the Community Residential Facility team.

Your responsibilities include supporting parolees, monitoring facility security, and ensuring protocol adherence. With a focus on rapport-building, you will assist residents in achieving self-sufficiency within a federal half-way house framework. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of CRF policies and CSC guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with residents
- Conduct security rounds and monitor sign-in/out sheets




- Record important information in the CRF management system
- Enforce parole conditions and in-house rules effectively Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent education required
- Minimum six months related experience needed
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification required
- Explicit TB skin test and enhanced reliability clearance
