The Community Disability Support
Worker will work three Saturdays per month, addressing the needs of adults, youth, and children facing developmental and physical challenges.
Your responsibilities include implementing individual service plans, fostering personal goal achievement, and maintaining a safe environment. Join a cooperative team dedicated to promoting community inclusion and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individual service plans for clients
- Assist individuals in achieving personal growth goals
- Promote community participation in various activities
- Monitor safety and report hazards promptly
- Maintain clear and accurate records Requirements:
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work various shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
