Your responsibilities will encompass program leadership, development, and effective operations aligned with community needs. Engage with families on and off reserves to ensure services are accessible while refining ECD offerings through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of ECD services for children 0-12
- Lead planning and implementation of child development programs




- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness systematically
- Promote family engagement and identify service gaps
- Increase staff capabilities through training and development Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood education
- Experience with Indigenous families and communities
- Valid First Aid certification
