Lead community relationships with West Coast LEAF as the Community Engagement Manager in a hybrid role. Oversee initiatives that drive gender justice and organizational accountability while connecting with diverse communities. This temporary position offers a 0.8 FTE role in Vancouver, BC.
You will engage with community partners, facilitate the Family Well-Being Coalition, and manage critical grants. The ideal candidate brings skills in relationship-building, project management, and collaborative facilitation to ensure community voices shape WCL's advocacy and learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination for the Family Well-Being Coalition
- Build accountable relationships with priority communities
- Design meaningful engagement processes with staff
- Integrate community perspectives into organizational planning
- Manage projects, budgets, and reporting for initiatives Requirements:
- Experience in community engagement or advocacy
- Robust relationship-building skills with diverse groups
- Understanding of systemic oppression impacts
- Proven project management and facilitation abilities
