This adaptable role involves hands-on assistance to foster skill development and personal connections. As a Community Outreach Worker at Kinsight, you will work one-on-one with clients, facilitating their growth, skill-building, and community outreach.

By helping with public transport, household management, and relationship building, you will play a critical role in the support system for families in New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one outreach support to individuals
- Assist clients with transportation and financial management




- Facilitate community connections and relationship growth
- Engage in skill development and support planning
- Work flexible hours including evenings and holidays Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Services or Community Support Worker equivalent
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Current First Aid/CPR certification and Food Safe Certificate
- Knowledge of Person-Centered Planning and positive support techniques
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental needs Support personal growth and community engagement as a Community Outreach Worker with Kinsight.
