In this position under the Supported-Independent Living Program, you will play an essential role in organizing support aligned with individuals' preferences. - Organize individualized service hours for clients
- Assist in building self-determination and safety skills
- Promote health, choice, and skill-building activities

- Create inclusive experiences for all clients

Requirements:

- Hold a Class 5 Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Must pass a criminal record check
- Solid communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility in adjusting service times
- Initiative and leadership qualities
