We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the preparation, pouring, finishing, and restoration of concrete structures. Your hands-on expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and dismantling of concrete forms using carpentry and masonry techniques.
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, compactors, and cranes safely and efficiently.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to ensure structural integrity.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete accurately, maintaining proper levels and finishes.
- Use hand tools and power tools for surface finishing, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise work.
- Perform restoration tasks including drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, and general site cleanup to maintain project quality standards.

Requirements





- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete work or related trades.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete construction.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of rebar installation, concrete forming, masonry, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Additional skills such as welding, renovation work, drywall installation, or flooring are considered assets but are not mandatory.
