Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to assist with site preparation and material movement
- Assist in paving activities, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
- Perform manual labor tasks like digging, lifting, and assembling structures according to project specifications
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of construction phases
- Maintain tools and equipment,



ensuring they are in good working condition for daily use
- Support various construction activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is equally valued
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively (training provided if necessary)
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
- Strong attention to safety standards and procedures at all times
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
